WHAT YOU WILL DO

The overall purpose of this position is to administer and coordinate training programs delivered to Hyundai dealerships sales and service departments. This position would be responsible for coordinating and scheduling training programs. This position also evaluates the dealership staff certification programs, identifies and recommends opportunities to align to Hyundai Key Performance Indicators.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

-    Coordinate three main programs:
o    Sales, Service and Technical Certification: Will work with training team to document, communicate, and provide ongoing follow up with Field staff and Dealerships staff to achieve certification target.
o    Hyundai Signature Certification Training: will review all Signature training initiatives in order to confirm the foundational base of improving the customer experience and support the Customer Experience (CX) Team objectives
o    Sales, Service, and Technician Recognition: work with multiple departments to identify and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on specific job roles, beginning with Sales Consultant, Service Advisor, and Technicians. Use a combination of Certification level standings and Tenure from Learning Management System, Customer Satisfaction Scores from CX Team, additional KPIs based on role (TBD).
o    Make recommendations on how to enhance the program deliverables.
-    Administrative responsibilities include:
o    Preparation, editing, translation, and posting department communications as required.
o    Preparing network or role specific emails for dealer staff.
o    Prepare and follow Legal Department Service Request (LDSR) forms regarding MSA or vendor contracts.
-    Maintain budget control and reconciliation.
o    PR/PO creation and administration
-    Involved in maintenance, testing, and upkeep of the Learning Management System (LMS) and supporting materials. 
o    Will add and test content to ensure working as intended.
o    Involved in identifying LMS enhancements.
-    Produce various recurring and ad hoc training reports as required (e.g. Certification, Completion, Retention/Turnover, No-Show, Travel Reimbursement, Dealer Contributions, etc.)  
-    Provide support to technical support when they are conducting training
-    Work with team to support the mission of delivering training to our dealer network. 
-    Coordinate with attendees, HACC supporting staff and vendor on the annual National Skills Competition (NSC).

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

-    Completion of an undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education
-    Up to 2 years of relevant experience in the same or similar positions
-    Bilingual (English & French) required.
-    Excellent oral and written communication skills
