WHAT YOU WILL DO

This position supports parts and accessory pricing activities by conducting pricing analysis, maintaining pricing data, preparing profitability and competitive pricing reports, and assisting with policy and process recommendations. The role works closely with internal stakeholders and Mobis to support pricing accuracy, market competitiveness, dealer programs, inventory and supply analysis, backorder reporting, recall parts administration, and other business reporting requirements. The position contributes analytical support and coordination to help improve sales performance, margin optimization, and overall parts operations.

  • Analyze and support parts and accessory pricing activities to ensure market competitiveness, pricing accuracy, and a positive customer image.
  • Analyze and coordinate pricing policies to make recommendations as well as maintain internal policy and procedures related to pricing functions.
  • Design, prepare and improve sales analysis reports, parts pricing studies and support competitive price survey program
  • Provide proactive analysis to identify opportunities to improve sales performance, profitability, and margin optimization 
  • Review and respond to pricing requests, inquiries and related parts operation support. 
  • Coordinate new dealer and dealer termination with internal departments.
  • Maintain pricing matrix and up-to-date competitive pricing analysis.
  • Support dealer dropship and department incentive programs.
  • Support collision wholesale programs, including ROI and rebate analysis as well as program optimization.
  • Monitor parts supply pipelines, prepare forecast, profitability, and backorder reporting, and coordinate with Mobis on supply-related issues.
  • Conduct recall parts analysis and support related supply administration activities.
  • Support current and future parts-sharing, parts locator, and inventory management program initiatives.
  • Provide support to the DMA team and prepare ad hoc reports as required.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Completion of an undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in the same or similar positions

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Pricing and profitability experiences with strong attention to details and accuracy.
  • Budgeting and forecasting experiences
  • Excellent MS Office skills particularly Excel, knowledge of Tableau is considered an asset.
  • Excellent project management skill with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Canadian automotive market and automotive parts knowledge is considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Hiring Range: $70,300 - $89,000

The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity
