Talent Acquisition Specialist/HR Business Partner
The Talent Acquisition Specialist/HR Business partner serves as a strategic partner to HATCI’s growing business by delivering full cycle recruiting support while providing essential HR expertise across various teams. This role is responsible for attracting and hiring top talent and supporting employee lifecycle processes. Working closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders, this position balances hands-on recruiting execution with broader HR support.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, partnering with hiring managers to identify, attract, and retain top talent.
- Create, post, and manage job postings on relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Hired, Monster, Handshake, Glassdoor, etc.).
- Source passive and active candidates using creative sourcing strategies and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Conduct resume screenings, phone interviews, and facilitate scheduling and feedback for hiring managers.
- Support offer processes and provide onboarding assistance for new hires.
- Represent company at University and Industry events.
General HR & Compliance Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries across assigned teams.
- Support regional HR operations such as onboarding, offboarding, HRIS maintenance, and personnel records.
- Maintain and update all required legal postings and compliance documents.
- Participate in planning and executing internal audits and training to ensure adherence to labor regulations.
Business Partner Collaboration
- Collaborate with business leaders across sites to understand workforce needs and drive HR solutions that align with operational objectives.
- Provide support in employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
Other Assigned Tasks
- Prepare reports and metrics related to recruiting, headcount, and employee engagement.
- Travel up to 10% (domestic and international) as required.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
- Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Related Industry Experience Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or a related field.
- Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Full cycle recruiting experience preferred.
- Experience with ATS or HRIS systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
