WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Reconcile each cardholder account monthly: accounting for transactions, processing transaction files, and correcting errors timely
• Correspond with departmental administrators on any missing invoices monthly
• Enforce cardholder agreement for the corporate card program for each cardholder
• Monthly reporting to management on the status of cardholder accounts and report delinquent accounts
• Facilitate requests for credit limit increases to management for approval
• Card usage: Ensuring cardholders follow company policies and stay within budget
• Reconcile the cash accounts daily and monthly
• Transfer money between cash accounts
• Upload ACH and Wire payments twice a week
• Cut checks on days assigned
• Weekly cash forecasting for the month
• Daily cash forecasting
• Perform additional projects assigned.
• Travel up to 5% of time domestically and internationally.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior
• Proficient skills in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Proficient self-management skills
• Proficient oral and written communication skills
• Proficient with SAP preferred but not required

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

• BS in Accounting or related fields of study
• 0-3 years accounting experience
• Experience working in culturally diverse team environment
