CAE Engineer Intern

What You Will Do:

• Support and improve CAE assessments by establishing workflow routines using appropriate software (e.g., META, Python, Matlab, etc.)

• Conduct literature survey on state-of-the-art analysis techniques

• Identify software and libraries to integrate such techniques into our current processes

What You Will Bring to the Role:

• Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience in CAE (i.e., CFD analysis, fluid dynamics, FEA, solid mechanics)
  • 1+ years of Python and/or Matlab coding experience
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a master's degree in mechanical/aerospace engineering or a related field with 2+ years of experience with CFD or FEA analysis
  • Experience in either CFD analysis for bluff body aerodynamics or FEA for structural analysis; automotive experience in these fields is desired
  • Experience in CAE tools and simulation processes; (preferred SW experience: ANSA, Star CCM+, META, Abaqus, Hypermesh)
