Careers Opportunity Program

The purpose of the HMMA Career Opportunity Program (“COP”) is to provide job opportunities from within HMMA and to ensure that all qualified Team Members have an equal opportunity. This program is designed to provide an effective means of communication to Team Members of specific job opportunities within HMMA. This policy will be administered by the Employment Section of the Human Resource Department.
