Position Summary:
Responsible for investigating, analyzing, repairing, and reporting on all issues affecting vehicle quality as it relates to water leaks and glass replacements in an automotive manufacturing environment.
Essential Functions:
- Investigates all water leak and glass issues for root cause.
- Analyze trend of water leaks and glass issues based on model, location, and type and provide daily report to management.
- Communicate vehicle quality issues to key stakeholders in each production area as well as for suppliers.
- Provide guidance, based on experience and expertise, to continuously improve vehicle quality and dependability.
- Make necessary repairs, after analysis, to failed vehicles to guarantee customer satisfaction and dependability.
- Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety ManagementSystem (SMS) requirements.
- Meet all other requirements as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Education:
2 year Technical degree preferred
Related Experience:
2 – 4 years job related experience preferred
Automotive production experience desired

Additional Information:
Position may require occasional travel (domestic or foreign). Flexibility in working hours to include weekends, holidays, and off shift. Position may require on-call duty or overtime due to overall responsibility.
