Position Summary:
Manages the Team Relations representatives; interacts with HMMA's management team and Team Members in order to maintain HMMA policy and maintain a positive working environment free from third party intervention.
Essential Functions:
- Direct Team Relations representatives’ activities.
- Develop and administer policy; orient and train new and current Team Members about HMMA policies.
- Coach and provide advice to members of management on grievances, conflict management, corrective actions, union prevention, policy and applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
- Identify and address Team Member training needs in all HMMA job areas.
- Act as Manager designee when Manager is not available.
- Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management System (SMS) requirements.
- Meet all other requirements as assigned.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
Related Experience:
- 5 – 10 years of job related experience preferred
- 5 years HR Generalist in Human Resources or Employee
- Relations desired Supervisory duties desired

Additional Information:
Position may require occasional travel (domestic or foreign). Flexibility in working hours to include weekends, holidays, and off shift. Position may require on-call duty or overtime due to overall responsibility.
