Position Summary:

Responsible for supporting procurement processing, budget tracking, and audit activities by providing data analysis, reporting, and coordination. Facilitates day-to-day execution of enterprise IT planning and vendor management activities across internal teams and external providers.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain organized records of contracts, financial documents, and vendor deliverables
  • Process and manage enterprise IT procurement activities (Purchase Request, Purchase Order, Goods Received)
  • Track and maintain IT budgets, forecasts, and actual spend with a focus on vendor-related costs
  • Coordinate with Legal to support contract review, renewals, and documentation management
  • Track and report vendor SLA and KPI performance metrics to support governance
  • Assist in IT service provider coordination and follow-ups on operational and planning activities
  • Provide customer support interface for internal users regarding enterprise IT services and request routing
  • Prepare dashboards and reports on IT financials, performance, and planning status
  • Coordinate inputs, responses, and remediation actions for internal and external IT audits
  • Maintain data accuracy and consistency across planning, financial, and reporting
  • Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management System (SMS) requirements.
  • Meet all other requirements as assigned

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred

Related Experience:

  • 0 – 10 years job related experience preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in IT administration
  • Experience managing third-party IT service providers
  • IT helpdesk experience preferred

Training / Certification:

CompTIA Project+ or ITIL v4 

Foundation is a plus

  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and frameworks
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Exhibit a willingness to learn

Additional Information:

Position may require occasional travel (domestic or foreign). Flexibility in working hours to include weekends, holidays, and off shift. Position may require on-call duty or overtime due to overall responsibility.
