Position Summary:

Identify any changes of process & control activities for KSOX (Korean Sarbanes-Oxley Act) and maintain internal control processes. Support manager to verify
and assess Finance Processes and system risk. Communicate with key process stakeholders throughout yearly audit.

Essential Functions:

• Create and maintain the process walk-through documents to meet headquarters KSOX requirements and to provide continuity of work processes.
• Conduct Yearly review of business processes and system risk and assessment.
• Provide required ICFR (Internal Controls for Financial Reporting) data to headquarters and local auditors throughout the audit phases:
  - Change Management (Review any process changes related to Internal Controls)
  - Design & Implementation (Review testing procedure for all Internal Controls)
  - Operating Test(s) (Provide Evidence through established testing procedure for all required Internal Controls)
• Verification of Temporary Labor service entry interface reconciliation to financials.
• Assist with the semiannual review of Restricted Access and Segregation of Duty reporting regarding HMMA Team members use of SAP.
• Create and submit ICFR Operating sample test documents for the assigned process
• Coordinate with the process leaders in the departments for the review of Operating sample tests
• Monitor IT audit related to Finance with auditors.
• Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management
  System (SMS) requirements.
• Meet all other requirements as assigned.

Position Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent preferred

Related Experience:

0 – 10 years of job related experience preferred

Training / Certification:

Skills / Knowledge:

• MS Word
• MS Excel
• MS PowerPoint
• MS Access
• SAP FI and CO system experience desired

Additional Information:

Position may require occasional travel (domestic or foreign). Flexibility in working hours to include weekends, holidays, and off shift. Position may require on-call
duty or overtime due to overall responsibility.
