Humam Resources Staffing Specialist (Non-exempt)
Position Summary:
Responsible for administrative tasks related to temporary staffing contracts and billing, along with supporting other employment functions within the human resources department in an automotive manufacturing environment.
Essential Functions:
- Review and maintain contracts with temporary staffing agencies to ensure compliance; coordinate with the Legal & Compliance department on temporary staffing agency contract changes, updates, and renewals.
- Process and reconcile temporary staffing agency invoices; research and resolve billing disparities; perform routine audits to ensure accuracy; follow-up with temporary staffing agency contacts as needed/requested.
- Generate and track approvals for employment related projects, processes, and programs.
- Support external Maintenance recruiting and staffing, including hiring events and internship programs.
- Assist with sourcing, scheduling, and proctoring assessments and questionnaires as needed or requested.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports of specified deadlines, as well as ad hoc reports.
- Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management System (SMS) requirements.
- Meet all other requirements as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Education:
- 2 year Technical degree preferred
Related Experience:
- 2 - 4 years of job related experience preferred

Additional Information:
Position may require occasional travel (domestic or foreign). Flexibility in working hours to include weekends, holidays, and off shift. Position may require on-call duty or overtime due to overall responsibility.
