Position Summary:

Support and improve key facility-related programs and services in an automotive manufacturing environment. Identify process improvement opportunities, ensure
effective execution of contracted services, and other improvement projects at HMMA

 

Essential Functions:

  • Oversee contracted services related to facility sanitation and general upkeep, ensuring work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in facility-related processes and recommend practical, data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional department to gather feedback, understand operational needs, and align facility programs with business goals.
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures, inspection checklists, and cleaning guidelines to drive consistency and accountability.
  • Conduct root cause investigations of facility-related issues and develop timely, effective countermeasures.
  • Perform regular evaluations and audits of facility conditions, analyze trends, and report findings and recommendations to management.
  • Assess the cost and efficiency of existing practices to identify cost-savings opportunities and optimize resource use.
  • Manage procurement and inventory of facility-related consumables and supplies.
  • Support the continuous improvement of facility programs through active engagement with Team Members and leadership.
  • Promote a culture of respect and shared responsibility for cleanliness of common areas, encouraging mindful use of restrooms, breakrooms, and shared
    equipment.
  • Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management
    System (SMS) requirements.
  • Meet all other requirements as assigned.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred

Related Experience:

  • 0-10 years of jobe related experience preferred
  • 3-5 years of expereince in project management desired

Skills/Knowledge:

  • MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

Additional Information:

Position may require occasional travel (domestic or foreign). Flexibility in working hours to include weekends, holidays, and off shift. Position may require on-call
duty or overtime due to overall responsibility.
