Specialist - General Affairs (Project Planning & Analysis, Bilingual)

Position Summary:
Responsible for supporting the administration of General Affairs policies and procedures at HMMA. Duties to include planning and project management.
Participate in all aspects of the Planning Section supporting functions while maintaining General Affairs assigned duties.
Essential Functions:
- Administer and manage various projects within the General Affairs Department including the timelines, milestones, and planning (long and short term).
- Develop analytical tools for General Affairs Team Member usage for long-term improvements.
- Evaluate training needs for the General Affairs team.
- Perform duties for HMC headquarters cooperation and General Affairs management.
- Manage the VIP visits protocol and procedures.
- Create monthly reports for management. Effectively present to management and other departments as necessary.
- Administer the department business plan.
- Provide bilingual services including written translations (including reports) and interactive translation for verbal conversations (meetings, VIP support); review
finished materials for completeness, accuracy, formatting, and appropriate English or Korean language usage. - Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management
System (SMS) requirements. - Meet all other requirements as assigned.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
Related Expereince:
- 0-10 years of job related experience preferred
Skills/Knowledge:
- MS Word, Excel, & Powerpoint
- SAP desired
- Bilingual - must be able to speak, read, and write Korean & English fluently
Addditional Information:
Position may require occasional travel (domestic or foreign). Flexibility in working hours to include weekends, holidays, and off shift. Position may require on-call
duty or overtime due to overall responsibility.
