Intern, Corporate Strategy
The Intern, Corporate Strategy position will have the opportunity to contribute to the coordination of cross-functional projects and strategic efforts.
Major Responsibilities:
- Track progress on product launch governance and coordination across inter-departmental workstreams
- Contribute to cross-functional projects which support the development of the brand and/or individual model lines (ex. Dealer sales experience, margin program development, brand health roadmap execution and tracking)
- Support GMA governance through ensuring appropriate timelines and checkpoints are executed in advance of executive review
Additional Notes:
- Available for a full-time paid internship in June to August 2026
- Local to Fountain Valley, CA (no relocation or housing will be offered)
- Must be eligible to work up to 40 hours per week
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis during the internship
- Visa sponsorship is not available
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
- Compensation: $25.00/Hour
Education:
- Must be a high school graduate
- Bachelor’s candidate
Skills/Knowledge:
- Experience with system integrations and platform start-ups
- Guest-facing experience (e.g. retail, hospitality, etc.)
- Experience process-mapping and building learner guides
- Experience working with data sets to provide reporting and analytics
- Experience creating, reviewing and editing presentations
- Financial and accounting knowledge is a plus
- Passion for automobiles, automotive industry, and luxury products
- Automotive/dealership/luxury experience a plus
- Hospitality and guest experience skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, high initiative works well independently.
- Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
- Experience with Alteryx and Tableau a plus.
