Intern, Genesis Concierge  

Genesis is creating a Concierge team to facilitate prospecting and nurture programs with our two new model launches in 2026. This intern will assist in UAT testing, LLM adjustments for AI integrations, process mapping, supporting high call volumes post-reveal, and additional assignments to support a brand-new initiative at the heart of supporting a premium guest experience. 

 

Major Responsibilities:

Concierge Process Development 

  • Ensure process from Affirmation to Prospecting to Nurturing is detailed and continually enhanced 
  • Work cross-functionally with Consumer Affairs and GCS teams to ensure proper hand-off and escalations when required 
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure full understanding of event and gifting strategy, including execution and follow-up 
  • Develop process with Genesis Retail Experience and Owner Marketing teams on delivery expectations and how to integrate owner education moments up-funnel 

 

Concierge System Support 

  • UAT Concierge platform at launch, ensuring seamless integration between Concierge platform and Connex, Five9, GCS/MyGenesis, and more. 
  • Partner with vendor to refine LLM as new questions, product updates, and improvements are needed 
  • Report issues and maintain support log for open tickets to ensure timely closure 

 

Guest Services 

  • Field escalations and handle with proactive, solution-oriented problem solving 
  • Support guest calls directly as needed or requested 

 

Miscellaneous: 

  • Weekly cross-functional meetings (attend, organize, track) 
  • Support finance and recovery efforts (budget tracking, purchase orders, reconciliation) 
  • Ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed. 

 

Additional Notes:

  • Available for a full-time paid internship in June to August 2026   
  • Local to Fountain Valley, CA (no relocation or housing will be offered) 
  • Must be eligible to work up to 40 hours per week
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis during the internship   
  • Visa sponsorship is not available   
  • Work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday-Friday) 
  • Compensation: $25.00/Hour

 

Education:

  • Must be a high school graduate
  • Bachelor’s candidate

 

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Experience with system integrations and platform start-ups 
  • Guest-facing experience (e.g. retail, hospitality, etc.) 
  • Experience process-mapping and building learner guides 
  • Experience working with data sets to provide reporting and analytics 
  • Experience creating, reviewing and editing presentations 
  • Financial and accounting knowledge is a plus 
  • Passion for automobiles, automotive industry, and luxury products 
  • Automotive/dealership/luxury experience a plus 
  • Hospitality and guest experience skills 
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills. 
  • Self-motivated, high initiative works well independently. 
  • Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills. 
  • Exceptional time management skills. 
  • Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook. 
  • Experience with Alteryx and Tableau a plus.
