WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Genesis USA is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to deliver an exceptional digital shopping experience that drives engagement, conversion, and brand loyalty.
- Reporting to the Senior Manager of Digital Platforms, this role will support the execution of Genesis' digital strategy, lead content planning, and oversee day-to-day website operations for Genesis.com, while contributing to GenesisHouse.com initiatives as needed. The ideal candidate will partner closely with agency and cross-functional teams to manage website production and development, execute integrated digital campaigns and launches, optimize KPI-driven experiences, and support the achievement of key business objectives.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Lead the day-to-day management, user experience (UX), and continuous enhancement of Genesis.com across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
- Review website content, wireframes, creative assets, and site functionality to ensure a seamless user experience, brand consistency, and quality standards; conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for site releases and enhancements.
- Manage website roadmaps, project timelines, and release schedules, ensuring alignment on priorities, milestones, risks, and deliverables across stakeholders.
- Partner with agencies and vendors to deliver website initiatives on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
- Drive AEO, SEO, and SEM strategies to improve search visibility, website traffic, engagement, and discoverability.
- Partner with Data Science and UX teams to analyze website performance and customer insights, identifying opportunities to enhance the digital shopping experience and improve conversion.
- Support digital execution for vehicle launches, model year updates, experiential activations, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure all website experiences align with Genesis brand standards and digital best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Planning, Sales, CRM, Social, PR, and Media teams to deliver integrated digital campaigns and initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to optimize digital experiences, improve operational processes, and drive continuous performance improvement.
- Exercise sound judgment and problem-solving skills to drive decisions and results.

Coordinate cross-functional workflows and execute digital initiatives.
- Identify, resolve, and communicate risks, issues, and opportunities to leadership.
- Oversee agency and vendor performance to ensure quality, efficiency, and business alignment.
- Supervise and provide guidance to an Assistant Manager supporting Genesis.com initiatives.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
- Must have a high school diploma.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Master’s degree a plus.
- Six or more years of Marketing/Advertising experience.
- Three or more years of experience in digital marketing.
- Two or more years of experience within automotive industry desired.
- Agency and or/ related client-side experience required.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Luxury experience preferred.
- Position requires ability to solve problems, make decisions and operate with an entrepreneurial spirit within the framework of a team concept.
- Ability to manage high-paced environment with multiple projects and agency personnel.
- Ability to develop strategy and implementation plans for new projects/initiatives.
- Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships at a variety of levels; Executive, Managerial, Field Staff, subordinate and agency hierarchy of personnel.
- Ability to take and lead the creative development of a campaign and maintain a macro strategy.
- Diplomatic and collaborative attitude, able to motivate partners to meet and exceed business expectations.
- Ability to create and present executive facing presentations and other materials.
- Ability to work on multiple projects.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong Project Management Skills with attention to detail; master at multi-tasking.
WHAT HYUNDAI CAN OFFER YOU
- Compensation Range: $91,000 - $130,000 annual base salary
- Monthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance)
- Holiday Pay - the company shuts down with pay between Christmas and New Years.
