WHAT YOU WILL DO
The General Affairs Executive Administrative Specialist is responsible for supporting the Executive by organizing and preparing meetings and executing follow-up related to Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executive(s)
• Maintain and update executive calendars and schedules.
• Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and correspondence.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Assist with the coordination of events and meetings.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Performs full clerical, administrative, and general office duties of a responsible and confidential nature in a medium to large-size facility.
• Prepares reports and correspondence as required by leadership.
• Reports to a position responsible for a major function within Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America.
• Meet all other requirements as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
- Bilingual (Korean / English) Required
- Minimum 5-10 years of relevant years of experience (1-3 years of project managing, people managing experience)
- Years of experience within automotive industry preferred.
Competency Based:
- Clerical: Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography, and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
- Customer and Personal Service: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Required competencies: Active Listening & Speaking, Reading Comprehension, Writing, Social perceptiveness, and Time Management.
- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word experience required.

Physical Demands
While in Office:
This position is primarily sedentary and requires working at a desk and computer for extended periods. Responsibilities may include:
• Occasional lifting of office supplies (up to 15 pounds)
• Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and handling documents
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk within the office environment as needed
When in Production Area (if applicable):
• Standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended durations
• Repeated lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of materials and products (up to 25–30 pounds)
• Manual dexterity for handling power tools, machinery, or production equipment
• Working in environments that may be noisy, hot, or require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Ability to climb ladders or stairs and operate equipment safely and effectively
• Capability to learn and work on multiple production processes, as required
• Adequate visual and auditory abilities to identify safety hazards and communicate clearly
• Consistent and punctual attendance
• Ability to collaborate and perform effectively in a team-oriented environment
