General Affairs Strategic Planning Manager

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The General Affairs Manager will manage and coordinate all General Affairs activities for the organization. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, establishing policies, supervising operations, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

•    Lead and manage the General Affairs Strategic Planning Section, providing clear direction, guidance, and support to team members.
•    Mentor and develop staff through coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
•    Collaborate with senior management to develop, refine, and execute strategic initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
•    Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and monitor progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).
•    Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to support solutions strategic decision-making.
•    Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning to guide long-term strategies.
•    Identify bottlenecks and propose innovative measures to improve cross-functional coordination.
•    Ensure compliance within document security, company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
•    Plan, organize, and execute departmental and organizational events, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
•    Coordinate logistics, resources, and stakeholder communication for successful event delivery. 
•    Evaluate event outcomes and prepare post-event reports for continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

Required:
•    Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
•    Minimum 10 years of experience in General Affairs or a related field.
•    Experience and strong knowledge in the automotive industry.
•    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
•    Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management software.
•    Flexibility in working hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred:
•    Experience working since the establishment of a new corporation
•    General Affairs Support System development experience 
•    Competency in reporting using Microsoft PowerPoint
•    Excellent knowledge of functions and formulas in Microsoft Excel 

Travel Requirement
•    Domestic / International travel required.

Working Hours (Shift) Requirement

Physical Demands
While in Office:
This position is primarily sedentary and requires working at a desk and computer for extended periods. Responsibilities may include:
•    Occasional lifting of office supplies (up to 15 pounds)
•    Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and handling documents
•    Ability to sit, stand, and walk within the office environment as needed
When in Production Area (if applicable):
•    Standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended durations
•    Repeated lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of materials and products (up to 25–30 pounds)
•    Manual dexterity for handling power tools, machinery, or production equipment
•    Working in environments that may be noisy, hot, or require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
•    Ability to climb ladders or stairs and operate equipment safely and effectively
•    Capability to learn and work on multiple production processes, as required
•    Adequate visual and auditory abilities to identify safety hazards and communicate clearly
•    Consistent and punctual attendance
•    Ability to collaborate and perform effectively in a team-oriented environment
