JOB TITLE
HR Performance Management
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Conduct thorough, objective investigations into employee concerns (e.g., harassment, discrimination, misconduct).
Recommend appropriate actions based on findings
Address and resolve workplace conflicts, complaints, and grievances.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, and organizational policies/procedures.
Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
Recommend PM programs, activities, needs and initiatives or improvements.
Consult with and assist Team Members and Management on current HR systems.
Assist with plant-wide PM projects as required.
Assist with aspects of employment termination process as needed.
Generate reports on assigned topics, corrective actions, as well as investigation results.
Meet all other requirements as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
Required:
• Minimum 3 years of related job experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong interpersonal, communicate-on, active-listening, and customer-care-oriented skills
Preferred:
• 3+ years of HR consulting experience
• Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, or Labor Relations major
• Advanced degree in a related field
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office knowledge, experience and demonstrated proficiency.
Travel Requirement
• Domestic / International travel required.
