JOB TITLE

HR Performance Management Assistant Manager

WHAT YOU WILL DO

•    Responsible for the planning and conducting the annual performance appraisal exercise including being the note taker at the performance appraisal sessions and liaison with various parties involved in the performance appraisal exercise.
•    Design and develop analytic tools for KPI measurements.
•    Evaluate current performance management (PM) for continuous improvement.
•    Identify desired situation for performance and development based on business need and future growth.
•    Benchmark and evaluate PM programs, activities, needs, etc. and recommend PM initiatives and/or improvements.
•    Consult with and assist Team Members and management on current HR systems (Performance Management, Tuition Assistance Program, improving individual performance, career development, etc.)
•    Assist with PM projects plant wide as required.
•    Generate reports on assigned topics, corrective actions, as well as investigation results.
•    Meet all other requirements as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

Required:
•    Minimum 5 years of related job experience
•    Bachelor’s degree required. 
Preferred:
•    3+ years of HR consulting experience
•    Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, or Labor Relations major
•    Advanced degree in a related field preferred
•    Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office knowledge and experience.
•    Interpersonal skills such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer-care
Travel Requirement
•    Domestic / International travel required.
