JOB TITLE

HR Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager

WHAT YOU WILL DO

•    Setting and Managing the Recruitment Team and Members
•    Develop recruitment planning to meet the recruitment target
•    Cooperation with Georgia Department of Labor (“GDOL”) on the overall recruitment work
•    Develop and manage recruitment channels, platforms or vendors including job boards, search firms, internal referral, internet, social media, direct hiring, and etc
•    Evaluate existing talent-sourcing channels and develop new channels/formats to meet the hiring needs
•    Manage vendors to work in a collaborative and highly efficient manner
•    Optimize recruitment process and tools to enhance efficiency
•    Ensure effectiveness of the recruitment operation regarding its sourcing channels, cost per hire, hiring quality, lead time, customer satisfaction and candidate experience
•    Build talent database on critical jobs and talents to prevent potential workforce shortage
•    Provide training and mentorship program to incumbents on entire recruitment process, including but not limited to assessment and selection of talents
•    Consult and provide advice on recruitment-related inquiries
•    Take initiative to drive recruitment process, toolkit optimization and development
•    Drive continuous improvement based on market intelligence
•    Establish and maintain relationships with universities to develop long-term partnership
•    Organize campus recruiting events and activities to attract young talents
•    Assist in management and implementation of recruitment plans across all business functions

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

Required:
•    Minimum 5 years of related job experience
•    Bachelor’s degree required. 
Preferred:
•    3+ years of HR consulting experience
•    Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, or Labor Relations major
•    Advanced degree in a related field preferred
•    Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office knowledge and experience.
•    Interpersonal skills such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer-care
Travel Requirement
•    Domestic / International travel required.


Working Hours (Shift) Requirement
•    Employment opportunities at HMGMA will be completed in multiple phases.

Physical Demands
While in Office:
This position is primarily sedentary and requires working at a desk and computer for extended periods. Responsibilities may include:
•    Occasional lifting of office supplies (up to 15 pounds)
•    Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and handling documents
•    Ability to sit, stand, and walk within the office environment as needed
When in Production Area (if applicable):
•    Standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended durations
•    Repeated lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of materials and products (up to 25–30 pounds)
•    Manual dexterity for handling power tools, machinery, or production equipment
•    Working in environments that may be noisy, hot, or require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
•    Ability to climb ladders or stairs and operate equipment safely and effectively
•    Capability to learn and work on multiple production processes, as required
•    Adequate visual and auditory abilities to identify safety hazards and communicate clearly
•    Consistent and punctual attendance
•    Ability to collaborate and perform effectively in a team-oriented environment
