IT Software Intelligence Assistant Manager

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT strategies, plans, and initiatives that align with business objectives.
• Work closely with IT security and SRE role to design, build, and maintain resilient and efficient IT systems and services.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of IT security policies, security work procedures, and IT assets security management.
• Contribute and Support to IT security system operation – Cisco firewall, Stealth Watch, Cisco Ironport, DNS and proxy server, CyberArk, CiscoVPN and AD server.etc
• Participate in IT incident response activities, including root cause identification, analysis, and resolution of the incident and vulnerabilities.
• Continue to learn and apply relevant software development

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, IT Cyber Security, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience with IT cybersecurity or equivalent area including SRE engineering.
• Strong understanding and experience on IT security planning, IT asset management & operations, and SRE with a willingness to learn and grow with HMGMA.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details  
• Ability to work and manage work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Some familiarity with security monitoring tools like Splunk or ELK.

Strong command of the English language (written and spoken) is essential for safety, communication, documentation, and collaboration across the organization.

Physical Demands
While in Office:
This position is primarily sedentary and requires working at a desk and computer for extended periods. Responsibilities may include:
•    Occasional lifting of office supplies (up to 15 pounds)
•    Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and handling documents
•    Ability to sit, stand, and walk within the office environment as needed
When in Production Area (if applicable):
•    Standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended durations
•    Repeated lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of materials and products (up to 25–30 pounds)
•    Manual dexterity for handling power tools, machinery, or production equipment
•    Working in environments that may be noisy, hot, or require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
•    Ability to climb ladders or stairs and operate equipment safely and effectively
•    Capability to learn and work on multiple production processes, as required
•    Adequate visual and auditory abilities to identify safety hazards and communicate clearly
•    Consistent and punctual attendance
•    Ability to collaborate and perform effectively in a team-oriented environment
