JOB TITLE

Learning & Development Assistant Manager 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

•    Communication/collaboration with Georgia Quick Start about Training Center construction
•    Review of training Center construction schedule and layout and provide weekly updates and/or as they develop
•    Prepare for the groundbreaking ceremony and completion ceremony for the Training Center 
•    Training Center Safety and Facility Management
•    Work related to integrating training center equipment 
•    Writing report for top management related to the construction of the training center 
•    Working with Quick Start to schedule and track all training to ensure quality across multi-site implementation
•    Perform other occasional tasks/duties related to the job

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

Minimum:
•    Minimum +5 years of relevant years of experience managing complex, multi-site training programs
•    Experience with Microsoft Office products or equivalent applications
•    Extensive knowledge and experience in analyzing data and developing proposals
•    Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Preferred:
Competency Based: 
•    Information gathering and processing capabilities
- Ability to set up a collection plan and procedure for necessary data and information, collect data and information using various methods and tools, and process it according to the intention

•    Presentation skills
- Presentation skills, lecture skills, speech techniques, use of PowerPoint

•    Media Utilization Capabilities
- Media utilization skills, editor skills, meticulousness
- Ability to use various media to provide necessary information in the most suitable form, or to process information materials according to the characteristics of the media to be used
•    Domestic / International travel required.
