JOB TITLE

Learning & Development Assistant Manager 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Securing and nurturing outstanding talent through industry-education cooperation with major colleges and universities (Georgia Southern University, SCAD, Savannah Technical College, Ogeechee Technical College, Georgia Southern Technical College, etc.)
• Developing and managing KPIs with area educational partners, reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis. Recommending strategies that improve outcomes.
• Developing and implementing communication strategies in collaboration with human resources to target students exiting relevant college and university programs
• Deliver presentations for educational awareness, build education partnerships and collaborations.
• Manage apprenticeship program and additional workforce development initiatives.
• Perform other occasional tasks/duties related to the job

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

•    Experience with Microsoft Office products or equivalent applications
•    Understanding of the external automobile market and current trends
•    Extensive knowledge and experience in analyzing data and developing proposals
•    Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Preferred:
•    5+ years working with k-12, college & university partners

- Ability to set up a collection plan and procedure for necessary data and information, collect data and information using various methods and tools, and process it according to the intention

- Presentation skills, lecture skills, speech techniques, use of PowerPoint

- Media utilization skills, editor skills, meticulousness
- Ability to use various media to provide necessary information in the most suitable form, or to process information materials according to the characteristics of the media to be used

- Ability to plan and establish learning goals, learning content, learning methods and types, and learning evaluation
