JOB TITLE

Quality] (QA) Improvement SPEC 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Analyze warranty and field quality data to identify trends.
• Lead structured problem-solving activities and quality investigations.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Validate effectiveness of containment and permanent corrective measures.
• Conduct manufacturing process reviews and quality audits.
• Support service and technical teams in understanding field concerns.
• Present investigation status and quality risks to leadership.
• Drive reductions in warranty costs and improvements in customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate field actions, service campaigns, and quality reporting activities.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance within the automotive industry.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of automotive industry quality standards and regulations.
• Proficient in MS office and other relevant software.

Preferred:

• 1 – 5 years job related experience preferred
• Knowledge of automotive industry quality standards and regulations.
• Proficient in MS office and other relevant software.

Travel Requirement

• Domestic / International travel may be required.
