Stamping Production Assistant Manager

WHAT YOU WILL DO

•    Check and management of building progress.
•    Issues identified, reported, and discussed.
•    Management of preparation progress status for new facilities
•    Identification of problems with new model press die.
•    Performance management and inspection against daily, monthly, and annual production plans
•    Consultation on countermeasures and check of production downtime, proposal for improvement
•    Post-process problem inspection and consultation with related departments
•    Material problem inspection, consultation, countermeasure establishment, claim consultation.
•    Check and management of quality status.
•    Identifying panel problems and discussing die modifications
•    Check panel root problem and establish countermeasures.
•    Planning and implementation of personnel recruitment
•    Preparation of worker standards
•    Check compliance with safety rules and regulations and training.
•    VIP response and factory clean inspection and management

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

•    High school graduate or above or related work experience
•    3+ years of job-related experience in the press manufacturing
•    Authorization to work in the United States without requiring company-approved sponsorship now or in the future.
•    No reason for disqualification for overseas travel and stay. 
•    Extensive knowledge and experience in data analysis and developing proposals.
•    Ability to build and maintain good relationships with other manufacturing units for effective communication.
•    Commitment to cooperation in strengthening organizational power through communication and active exchanges among employees.
•    5+ years of job-related experience in the automotive industry
•    Experience using Microsoft Office products or equivalent applications.

Travel Requirement
•    Domestic / International travel required.

Strong command of the English language (written and spoken) is essential for safety, communication, documentation, and collaboration across the organization.

Physical Demands
While in Office:
This position is primarily sedentary and requires working at a desk and computer for extended periods. Responsibilities may include:
•    Occasional lifting of office supplies (up to 15 pounds)
•    Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and handling documents
•    Ability to sit, stand, and walk within the office environment as needed
When in Production Area (if applicable):
•    Standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended durations
•    Repeated lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of materials and products (up to 25–30 pounds)
•    Manual dexterity for handling power tools, machinery, or production equipment
•    Working in environments that may be noisy, hot, or require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
•    Ability to climb ladders or stairs and operate equipment safely and effectively
•    Capability to learn and work on multiple production processes, as required
•    Adequate visual and auditory abilities to identify safety hazards and communicate clearly
•    Consistent and punctual attendance
•    Ability to collaborate and perform effectively in a team-oriented environment
