Quailty Control Body and Paint - Job Fair

Duties include but not limited to the following:

• Analyze the effectiveness of processes and quality management systems.
• Conduct monitoring of visual faults either on vehicle or part itself.
• Ensure the adequacy of relevant procedures and computerized systems in accordance to reference standards and applicable legal requirements.
• Plan, control, and monitor the corrective actions of quality non-conformity detected in audits. Prepare reports and publish timelines in order to provide feedback and improve the management system through technical support.
• Answer for certifications of the company regarding the product.
• Make certification planning and keep track of them in order to meet the market's demands.
• Generate reports on troubleshooting.
• Approve quality plans for new parts.
• Control suppliers' quality level.
• Investigate defective parts and establish appropriate countermeasures.
• Conduct inspections of incoming raw and auxiliary materials in order to prevent deficient materials from getting into production.
• Responsible for quality of complete vehicle.
