Duties include but not limited to the following:
- Analyze the effectiveness of processes and quality management systems.
- Conduct monitoring of visual faults either on vehicle or part itself.
- Ensure the adequacy of relevant procedures and computerized systems in accordance to reference standards and applicable legal requirements.
- Plan, control, and monitor the corrective actions of quality non-conformity detected in audits. Prepare reports and publish timelines in order to provide feedback and improve the management system through technical support.
- Answer for certifications of the company regarding the product.
- Make certification planning and keep track of them in order to meet the market's demands.
- Generate reports on troubleshooting.
- Approve quality plans for new parts.
- Control suppliers' quality level.
- Investigate defective parts and establish appropriate countermeasures.
- Conduct inspections of incoming raw and auxiliary materials in order to prevent deficient materials from getting into production.
- Responsible for quality of complete vehicle.
