WORK MODEL
WHAT YOU WILL DO
The primary purpose of the Sr. Associate, Genesis Field Operations role is to assist in the areas of district, regional, and national sales/retail analysis. This role will provide leadership with data to be utilized in making well informed decisions through the creation of digestible reports and dashboards. This position will also prepare and analyze big data sets, like regional scorecards, to support the overall streamlining of GMA’s systems and data amalgamation processes.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Provide analytical support for organizational reporting.
- Create, update, and maintain Genesis daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Run early look and weekend business reports and consolidate results for review.
- Compile national and regional sales transaction data and for management to use during executive presentations.
- Maintain database/dashboard for tracking sales performance metrics for real-time insights.
- Prepare presentation slides and commentary for monthly executive governance meetings.
- Support field staff in resolving inquiries and issues.
- Assist Genesis leadership with ad hoc reporting, presentations, and administrative tasks.
- Support data needs and accuracy of reporting systems (ie. DPM, etc.).
- Utilize SAP, Microsoft Office, Tableau, or other data visualization tools to create reports and dashboards.
- Support broader Field Strategy and Operations team with analytics and reporting as needed.
- Assist with special projects and time-sensitive requests as needed.
- This is a support position, focused on delivering day-to-day tasks and analyses with a degree of autonomy while receiving general instructions and supervision.
- Exercise of discretion and independent judgment directly related to significant management and/or general business operations is not required.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
• Must have a high school diploma.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least four years of professional experience.
• Automotive experience desired.
• Knowledge of data, systems, and process focus.
• Experience with corporate environments; direct dealer facing, and field operations experience is a plus.
• Experienced in developing strong, positive working relations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to formally present information to management.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Computer savvy – proficiency in Tableau and MS office applications (specifically Excel with experience with macros).
• Time management & planning skills, ability to multitask and ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Ability to collaborate on multiple cross-functional teams.
• Possess working knowledge of standard systems; CRM and SAP software preferred.

- Compensation Range: $58,800.00 - $84,000.00 annual base salary
