WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Sr. Manager, Genesis House & Studios is a key strategic leader responsible for elevating the Genesis brand through innovative digital, social, and content‑driven marketing initiatives rooted in the cultural energy of New York City. This role drives audience growth, digital storytelling, content strategy, and social engagement for Genesis House and Genesis Studios, ensuring alignment with U.S. and global brand objectives. The Sr. Manager oversees multi‑channel digital marketing, creator/partner collaborations, and real‑time content production to increase awareness, engagement, visitation, and revenue, while delivering a premium, brand‑forward guest experience.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Digital, Social & Web Strategy
- Lead the strategic management of GenesisHouse.com, ensuring the site reflects current programming, exhibitions, culinary offerings, ticketed events, reservations, retail, and brand storytelling.
- Oversee website content updates, UX enhancement needs, and cross‑functional coordination with Web, IT, Creative, CRM, and Global teams.
- Manage performance monitoring using analytics tools and report on key site KPIs including traffic, engagement, content performance, SEO impact, event conversion, behavioral trends and web‑to‑venue lift.
- Lead the development and execution of an always‑on social media and digital marketing strategy for Genesis House & Studios, including content calendars, campaign development, and platform‑specific storytelling (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Drive audience growth, engagement and community management, leveraging insights, analytics and trend monitoring.
Content Development & Creative Direction
- Oversee the creation and continual refresh of website assets, including editorial content, photography, video, event pages, and spotlight features to ensure the website remains dynamic, relevant, and aligned with cultural moments and venue programming.
- Partner with agency teams to produce premium digital content, brand films, event recap videos, photography, editorial storytelling, and creator collaborations.
- Ensure all content reflects Genesis’ and Genesis House’s luxury positioning and delivers against KPIs for awareness, engagement, perception, and conversion.
Digital Campaign Management & Analytics
- Manage paid, owned, and earned digital campaigns supporting venue programming, exhibitions, F&B, events, and partnerships.
- Track and report on digital KPIs, including social performance, channel analytics, digital campaign results, SEO/SEM insights, and content effectiveness.
- Oversee the integration of digital measurement tools and dashboards to inform strategy and optimize performance.
Brand & Cultural Partnerships
- Identify and manage culturally relevant partners, creators, influencers, and institutions aligned with luxury, design, tech, lifestyle, and the arts.
- Oversee contracts, deliverables, and content guidelines to ensure partnership cohesion and amplification across digital channels.
Cross‑Functional & Agency Collaboration
- Partner closely with PR, Creative, Social Media, Event Production, and Global teams to unify messaging and maximize digital amplification.
- Manage creative agency partners and production vendors to deliver best‑in‑class work.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
- Bachelor's degree required
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
- Eight or more years of experience in digital marketing, social media leadership, content strategy, or luxury/agency/hospitality marketing.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Proven track record of growing digital channels, developing content strategies, and managing digital campaigns.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing, social strategy, content production, and audience development.
- Strong understanding of luxury consumers and culturally relevant digital trends.
- Experience with influencer/creator marketing, experiential content capture, and real‑time production.
- Proficiency with analytics platforms and reporting
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to translate brand ethos into compelling digital storytelling.
