Learning and development are critical to our business's success. At Hyundai and Genesis, we aim to foster a culture of continuous learning that accelerates our employees' career growth with dynamic opportunities to learn, excel, and achieve goals. Our programs support employees across all regions, ensuring continuous development regardless of location. To support this, we require a minimum of 20 learning hours per employee annually. Most training content is provided on-demand, ensuring access when needed and at a convenient time for the employee. While we prioritize on-demand and interactive learning content for most employees, we also offer formal training programs for immersive employee and leader development.

Programs offered:

  • On-demand access to our learning management system with integrated LinkedIn Learning, featuring over 22,000 expert-led video courses across business, technology, and creative disciplines. LinkedIn Learning offers more than 700 curated learning paths for structured skill development.
  • Education Reimbursement program: Annual amount for employees seeking higher education degrees (Bachelors or Masters).
  • External Training Expense Reimbursement: Annual amount for employees seeking outside certification or training programs.
  • Ongoing Mentorship program opportunities.
  • Year-round Leadership Development programs for all people leaders, with expert-led sessions from Cornell, American Management Association, Crucial Conversations, in-house experts and more.
  • Expert-led skill-building sessions for all employees from top vendors and special curated content.
