WORK MODEL
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support & manage After Sales dealer programs to grow maintenance parts sales and improve customer experience & dealer profitability.
- Work with Sales Team to support, sustain and grow operational programs for Maintenance parts sales.
- Provide reporting and analysis on opportunities, results and areas for sales growth.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Manage customer satisfaction programs and new initiatives to improve the customer service experience.
- Communicate program launches, progress, and results via email, web analytics, reports, and presentations.
- Interface with MPA, dealers, and regions on program execution and billing issues.
- Support cross‑functional teams in program development, implementation, and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with Mobis, dealers, regions, and internal teams to execute parts sales plans and meet sales and profit goals.
- Partner with Field Operations on dealer communications.
- Support programs and promotions to grow Maintenance Parts sales, dealer engagement, service retention, and owner experience.
- Manage relationship with HMA Purchasing to resolve purchasing issues.
- Collaborate with Training, Parts, After Sales, Warranty, Regional Management, and Field Operations to meet business needs.
- Address program inquiries from management, dealers, and customers, resolving issues as needed.
- Develop Dealer and Field communications to support best practices and performance improvement.
- Prepare and distribute recurring and ad‑hoc reports for corporate and regional management.
- Analyze data, identify trends, and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Support department budget planning, monitor compliance, and resolve variances.
- Facilitate invoice processing, approvals, and supplier coordination.
- Maintain supplier agreements, RFPs, purchase requests, and invoices.
- Oversee supplier and internal support performance to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment on matters of significance.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
- Must be a High School graduate.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Five or more years of work experience, of which at least three years of directly related experience in automotive parts or service.
- Experience in a fast‑paced environment with an emphasis on fixed operations process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to allow effective interaction with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently, work under pressure of deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and pay close attention to detail.
- Program management and vendor relations experience desired.
- Automotive understanding of vehicle parts, parts pricing, parts sales, and parts operational experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
WHAT HYUNDAI CAN OFFER YOU
- Compensation Range: $69,300 - $99,000 annual base salary
- Monthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance)
- Holiday Pay - the company shuts down with pay between Christmas and New Years.
