WORK MODEL
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional with financial systems implementation experience and technical capabilities to support our FP&A team. This role will serve as a key member for OneStream Financial Planning and SAP Global ERP systems, while also driving financial planning, reporting, and analysis across the organization.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Financial Systems Administration & Support
- Serve as the key member for OneStream Financial Planning System for FP&A team
- Act as an SAP GERP Super User for FM (Fund Management)/PS (Project System) modules
Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis
- Support month-end close activities, including reporting and analysis ·
- Assist in monthly forecasts, annual budget planning, and 5-year strategy plan
- Assist in monthly Risks & Opportunities analysis
- Support budget task initiatives
Business Support & Collaboration
- Assist in financial analysis review for MCM-A presentation decks
- Assist with Purchase Order and Check Request approvals
- Manage recurring monthly and quarterly reporting requests from other departments
Additional Responsibilities
- Provide backup support for other team members
- Support special projects and ad hoc financial analyses
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
- Must hold a bachelor’s degree, Accounting, Economics or Finance.
- MBA/Master’s degree preferred.
- Five or more years of experience of which at least three years of directly related financial planning experience.
- Large, multinational organization experience preferred.
- Strong personal computer skills, i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
- Exceptional analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
- CPA or CMA desired.
- Prove efficiency by leveraging data from various systems for analysis and reporting (including SAP, OneStream, MicroStrategy, and Tableau).
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to formally present financial information to management.
WHAT HYUNDAI CAN OFFER YOU
- Compensation Range: $75,400 - $104,000 annual base salary
- Monthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance)
- Holiday Pay - the company shuts down with pay between Christmas and New Years.
