WHAT YOU WILL DO

The purpose of the Assistant Manager, Genesis Retailer Performance Programs position is to act as a subject matter expert for all aspects of the Genesis Retailer Performance programs and to provide detailed analysis to support executive decision making and for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. This will provide analytical and operational support for Retailer Performance programs and governance meetings.
This role will also be responsible for the development of all field and retailer communications related to Genesis Retailer Performance Program as well as executive and retailer advisory board reporting on performance of the programs. 
This position is responsible for investigating and resolving all Genesis field team and retailers’ inquiries related to Genesis Retailer Performance programs.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Lead development of monthly executive governance slides to provide updates on Genesis Retailer Performance programs and progress toward objectives.
  • Develop the analysis and slides for executive approval of monthly retailer performance bonus objectives and Retailer Performance programs.
  • Independently support field and retailer staff and act as a subject matter expert on all aspects of Retailer Performance programs.
  • Develop both field- and retailer-facing communications for Genesis Retailer Performance programs tracking, training, and program updates.
  • Develop Genesis Retailer Performance programs training modules for field and retailer staff.
  • Provide training to new retailers and Genesis team members.
  • Coordinate updates to the Genesis Retailer Performance programs manual across departments to ensure contents reflect the most up to date program information.
  • Investigate and resolve inquiries and issues with Genesis Retailer Performance programs retailer payments as necessary.
  • Track all metrics related to Genesis Retailer Performance programs retailer performance and measure performance to ensure achievement of objectives.
  • Develop recommendations for Genesis Retailer Performance programs revisions and updates based on identifying, analyzing and interpreting trends or patterns using complex data sets and creating financial models.
  • In collaboration with Genesis dealer network development team, track enrollments in facility program and analyze performance toward Genesis objectives.
  • Update and maintain payment systems in order to process retailer payments and ensure that they are made accurately and in a timely fashion based on monthly or quarterly achievement.
  • Lead IT development projects to enhance performance tracking for both retailers and field team related to Genesis Retailer Performance programs.
  • As necessary Lead and support other ad hoc projects such as but not limited to annual budget/mid-term planning, executive presentations, department budget management, CPO analysis etc.

  • Compensation Range: $69,300.00 - $99,000.00 annual base salary

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Five or more years of work experience. 
  • OEM experience in Sales Operations or related industry, preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking and organizational skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proficiency with statistics and dataset analytics
  • Experience in Budget Management
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Understand the luxury vehicle experience to create targeted programs that support the achievement of sales goals commensurate with the premise of the Genesis brand.
