WHAT YOU WILL DO
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide support with the design, administration, and continuous improvement of dealer-facing data systems and technology platforms. The position ensures the accuracy, integrity, and usability of dealer-related data, including operational, sales/aftersales, and customer experience information, across various technology platforms. This role collaborates closely with both internal and regional teams to drive the adoption of In Dealer Technology solutions. This collaboration is essential for gathering feedback aimed at enhancing data flows, enabling data-driven decision-making, and supporting system enhancements that contribute to optimizing dealer performance that will transform Hyundai Motor Americas RX/CX.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Monitor and manage data flows from Dealer Management Systems (DMS), scheduling tools, CRM platforms, reporting systems, and OEM applications.
- Perform routine data integrity audits to identify, document, and resolve gaps, inconsistencies, and recurring issues.
- Provide Tier‑2 support for dealer data systems, integrations, and reporting platforms.
- Support dealer onboarding/offboarding, including system access, integrations, and data validation.
- Coordinate with IT, vendors, and field teams to troubleshoot system, integration, and data issues.
- Assist with system updates, configuration changes, data mapping, testing, and release documentation.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports to monitor dealer performance and data health.
- Analyze dealer network data to identify trends, performance gaps, and process improvement opportunities.
- Prepare and present summarized findings for internal and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Gather and document requirements for system enhancements, new features, and integrations.
- Collect and communicate dealer and field feedback to improve tool usability and adoption.
- Support communication of system updates, best practices, and training materials across the dealer network.
- Build strong relationships with Dealer Operations, IT, Training, Digital Planning, vendors, and dealerships.
- Assess and manage supplier performance, scopes of work, SLAs, budgets, purchase processes, and invoicing.
- Support departmental decision‑making related to programs, budgets, and operational priorities.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
- Must be High School graduate.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Five or more years of experience in automotive retail technology, dealer operations, IT systems support, or data analytics (internship or OEM/dealer experience is a plus).
- Experience supporting dealer‑facing systems or integrations is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Understanding of DMS platforms, CRM systems, service scheduling tools, and OEM data exchange processes.
- Experience working with APIs, data pipelines, or ETL processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to travel when required.
WHAT HYUNDAI CAN OFFER YOU
- Compensation Range: $75,400 - $104,000 annual base salary
- Monthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance)
- Holiday Pay - the company shuts down with pay between Christmas and New Years.
