WHAT YOU WILL DO
- The Assistant Manager, Incentives Planning & Analysis, is responsible for compiling data from various internal and external sources, analyzing the information, and providing reports and recommendations to senior management. This will include information to justify new incentive programs, and to measure the effectiveness of existing programs.
- Prepare, aggregate, and analyze sales and incentives related data for the industry to support the Incentives Planning & Analysis department.
- Review and approve HCA (OEM Captive lender) monthly program scenarios for accuracy as well as submit monthly forecast to Finance.
- Support Incentive Planning & Analysis department annual and monthly Incentives budgeting process. Through reporting, variance analysis, and reporting.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Measure and Analyze Incentive program performance using a variety on internal and external data.
- Compile Market Scan summaries using Python data tools, prepare competitive analysis for Governance Meetings (PRM1/2).
- Review and approve HCA retail and lease scenario files for accuracy.
- Validate and submit HCA invoice for payment.
- Manage and forecast monthly HCA pen rates and cost for budget tracking and for Finance accrual purposes.
- Prepare weekly overview of Competitive actions taken by other OEM’s.
- Collaborate with Product Line Management Team (PLM) to prepare Executive presentations.
- Develop and cost ad hoc Incentive programs.
- Take role in budget and forecast process through reporting, variance analysis and financial analysis
- This position will provide independent self-directed data analysis, gap analysis, issue/problem identification, and recommended solutions and Incentive Enhancements to senior management.

- This position will interface regularly with HCA and provide guidance on Retail and Lease program development and costing
- The exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance is required.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
- Must be a high school graduate.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Five or more years of professional experience is required.
- Proficient with Tableau, Python, or other data analytics tools.
- Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills.
WHAT HYUNDAI CAN OFFER YOU
- Compensation Range: $69,300 - $99,000 annual base salary
- Monthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance)
- Holiday Pay - the company shuts down with pay between Christmas and New Years.
