WORK MODEL
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- This position is responsible for supporting the company’s maintenance part sales and marketing efforts through promotions, incentives, coordinating field staff efforts and vendor programs.
- Support maintenance parts sales to help the company achieve accessory revenue and profit objectives.
- Provide reporting and analysis on opportunities, results and areas of maintenance part sales growth.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Collaboration & Sales Operations
- Interface with Regional and Dealer personnel to support parts and service programs.
- Partner with Pricing and Sales teams to achieve maintenance parts revenue and profit targets.
- Collaborate with Training to develop dealer training and best‑practice sharing for maintenance parts sales.
- Coordinate monthly maintenance parts sales with Drop Ship vendors, MOBIS, Regions, and Dealers.
- Support Program Operations and Maintenance Parts Sales through reporting and program management.
- Oversee all drop ship programs, including Tires, to drive parts sales.
- Develop and distribute program tools, materials, and communications.
- Evaluate program performance and recommend enhancements and efficiencies.
- Manage business plans in alignment with company guidelines and sales projections.
- Provide maintenance parts sales input to Parts Pricing for forecasting.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and distribute month‑end, daily, weekly, monthly, and ad‑hoc reports.
- Develop presentations for executive leadership, dealerships, and regional teams.
- Track and report KPIs and program performance metrics.
- Prepare documentation for new program launches.
Budget, Purchasing & Governance
- Support annual budgets and manage variances.
- Manage invoices, purchase orders, and supplier agreements.
- Oversee program budgets, supplier performance, and regional program authorization.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
- Must be a High School graduate.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Five or more years of work experience of which at least three years of directly related experience in automotive parts or service.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on fixed operations process.
- Program management and vendor relations experience desired.
- Automotive understanding of vehicle parts, parts pricing, parts sales, parts operational experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to allow effective interaction with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently, works under pressure of deadlines, handle multiple priorities and pay close attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Expert level database management capability.
- Strong analytical capability with experience leveraging data and BI tools to optimize decisions.
- Strong attention to details and organizational skills.
