WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Process complete disbursement cycle and provide support to Accounts Payable team.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Process payment requests submitted through automated interface batches which include, but are not limited to, Marketing, Parts, and Legal based on high complexity.
- Submit ESM help desk ticket for technical issues with SAP or BPEL.
- Create and maintain SAP vendor master account and Concur travel expense accounts.
- Maintain and update Vendor Master records and ensure supporting documents are complete.
- Support checks issuance including out of cycle checks, PayMode file processing, as well as void checks.
- Correspond with vendors, dealers, and support employees in resolving various AP issues including 1099 inquiries.
- Support 1099 process including data for proper reporting to IRS.
- Support automated Fiore workflow administration by monitoring aged documents, assist users with skip approval function, and open help ticket with HAEA/technical support as necessary.
- Provide reporting on vendors balances/confirmations, as well as various on-demand Accounts Payable research needs.
- Backup to daily review of Positive Pay exception on JPMC.
- Backup support for Corporate Card Administration including opening/deactivating account, updating requested limits, and reconciliation of aged accounts or accounts with issues.
- Backup Concur Administrator when necessary.
- Support Accounts Payable Leader in providing technical assistance to other associates.
- Assist with research and support for interim and yearend audits.
- Assist Accounts Payable Leader with special projects as needed.
- Deliver day-to-day AP support tasks and analyses with autonomy under general supervision.
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment is not required.
- Issue and void disbursements.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
- Must be a high school graduate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business preferred.
- Two or more years of accounts payable or accounting experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills including the ability to conduct thorough research to identify issues.
- Attention to detail with good organization skills.
- Customer and teamwork oriented. Able to collaborate with others to resolve problems.
- Independent while maintaining a collaborative outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of PC environments (SAP preferred).
WHAT HYUNDAI CAN OFFER YOU
- Compensation Range: $56,550 - $78,000 annual base salary
- Monthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance)
- Holiday Pay - the company shuts down with pay between Christmas and New Years.
