WHAT YOU WILL DO

Effectively administer all commercial sales operations functions to ensure total customer satisfaction and maintain professional relationships with Commercial Fleet Customers (Fleet Management Companies, dealerships, and end users). This would include having a working knowledge of the Distribution and Import processes, sourcing and allocating commercial fleet vehicles, being able to use and understand the relevant SAP functions and screens, maintaining fleet website pages, communicating with dealerships and fleet customers, and supporting all field activities. 

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Support the Corporate Sales Senior Manager, and Fleet Sales Managers by engaging in all customer service activities.  
  • Administer all commercial sales operations functions, ensuring customers comply with HMA policies and procedures. 
  • Make business and operational recommendations based on analytical review and findings. 
  • Work with customer orders, relaying order status and other relevant information to customers. 
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools needed to assist field staff - keep updated and current.  
  • Act as a liaison between HMA and qualified FMC and dealership commercial fleet personnel. 
  • Assist in the analysis of sales, inventory, and other data that may be generated through the developed analytical and extraction tools.  
  • Support the fleet department with administrative tasks, i.e. purchase requests, check requests, submitting invoices for payment, and submitting fleet dept expense reports. 
  • Perform other duties and assignments as may be determined by management. 
  • Problem identification and finding solutions are expected in this position.  Employee evaluations, CR/PR/expense report approvals, program approvals, and budget decisions must ultimately be approved by the Director and/or VP of National Sales. 
  • This is a support position, focused on delivering day to day tasks and analyses with a degree of autonomy while receiving general instructions and supervision. 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Must be a high school graduate. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred with concentration in Business.  
  • Two or more years of experience with at least three years of directly related experience in the automotive field.   
  • Knowledge of Commercial Fleet industry is a plus.  
  • Knowledge of Distribution and Import processes is preferred. 
  • Experienced in running queries, analyzing data, and generating reports, customer service. 
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge. 
  • Good communication skills. 
  • Good team spirit.  
  • Detail-oriented. 
  • Ability to multi-task. 
  • Problem solving and data analysis skills. 
  • Good attitude, eager to learn, flexible. 
  • SAP experience a plus. 

WHAT HYUNDAI CAN OFFER YOU

  • Compensation Range: $54,375 - $75,000 annual base salary
  • Monthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance)

Physical requirements: Normal office duties. 

Work Model: Hyundai/Genesis is currently in a temporary hybrid work model. Please note that we will be transitioning to a 100% onsite work model effective Monday, July 28, 2025.
