WORK MODEL
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Provide administrative and analytical support to the Total Rewards team by maintaining accurate employee, payroll, compensation, and HRIS data. Support payroll processing activities, HR systems administration, compensation programs, reporting, and department initiatives while ensuring data integrity, compliance, and customer service
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
HR Operations Support:
- Provide administrative support for employee programs, HR initiatives, vendor management activities, and department projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Support other Total Rewards and HR initiatives as assigned.
Compensation Support:
- Assist with the administration, review, and maintenance of company job descriptions.
- Support annual merit, incentive, and Total Rewards program administration.
- Participate in compensation surveys and maintain external market pricing data.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and analyses to support compensation activities.
HRIS Support:
- Assist with entering and maintaining employee data in SuccessFactors and related HR systems.
- Maintain non-employee database including hires, terminations, and quarterly audits.
- Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for HR and business stakeholders.
- Maintain data integrity through regular audits, validation checks, and system reconciliations.
Payroll Support:
- Assist with payroll-related data entry, timecard administration, and employee information maintenance.
- Review payroll and employee records for completeness and accuracy and assist in resolving discrepancies.
- Support recurring payroll audits, validation activities, and data integrity reviews.
- Coordinate with Payroll, HR, Benefits, Compensation, IT, managers, and employees to research and correct data issues.
- This role performs day-to-day tasks and analyses in alignment with defined processes and under general direction.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
- High school diploma required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- Two or more years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, HRIS, Compensation, Finance, or related administrative support role.
- Strong analytical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work with large datasets and maintain data accuracy.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential employee information.
- Experience with HRIS, payroll, or reporting systems preferred.
WHAT HYUNDAI CAN OFFER YOU
- Compensation Range: $56,550 - $78,000 annual base salary
- Monthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance)
- Holiday Pay - the company shuts down with pay between Christmas and New Years.
