HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

As a Legal Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our legal team. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Gathering and preparing case-related materials and evidence for attorney review.
  • Communicating with dealerships to obtain necessary information or documentation.
  • Processing and tracking checks and other financial documents in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Uploading and maintaining documents across various legal and administrative systems.
  • Attending internal meetings, taking detailed notes, and following up on action items.
  • Responding to ad hoc requests and providing general administrative support to attorneys and legal staff as needed.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal or law firm environment, with a strong background in administrative support.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Compensation: Hourly pay range is $25–$35, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday.
  • Work Environment: This is a remote contract position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from home.
