WORK MODEL
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Implement & manage new or high impact, high dollar after-sales programs to help improve customer experience & dealer profitability.
- Coordinate the launch readiness for all new vehicles for Program Operations & Maintenance Parts Sales group.
- Oversee supplier selection and relationship management for all programs in Program Operations & Maintenance Parts Sales group.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Lead high‑impact, high‑dollar Aftersales programs to improve customer experience and dealer performance.
- Communicate program launches, progress, and results via email, web content, reports, and presentations.
- Manage program and department budgets including annual planning, monthly accruals, monitoring, and reconciliation.
- Document and maintain department processes; identify issues and implement improvements, including IONIQ updates.
- Monitor program effectiveness and refine processes to improve service quality.
- Serve as primary contact for program inquiries; resolve issues and influence dealer behavior.
- Compile and coordinate Program Operations and Maintenance Parts Sales status decks.
- Ensure timely dealer billing and price changes.
- Collaborate with Training, Parts, Field Operations, and other departments to align company objectives.
- Provide documentation for Governance, Legal, and Internal Audit reporting.
- Coordinate with affiliates (Hyundai Capital, AutoEver) on program execution.
- Prepare month‑end and ad‑hoc reporting and executive‑level presentations.
- Prepare proposals, launch plans, contracts, schedules, and budgets for new programs.
- Support Parts Sales budgeting and large‑account pricing.
- Manage suppliers, invoices, approvals, and performance.
- Manage staff development, evaluations, training, and expenses.
- Make strategic and tactical decisions supporting Parts initiatives with Manager‑level authority.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
- Must be a High School graduate.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Master’s degree a plus.
- Six or more years of experience, of which at least three years of directly relate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to allow effective interaction with all levels of the organization.
- Automotive understanding of vehicle parts, parts pricing, parts sales, parts operational experience preferred.
- Experience with Benchmarking and Market Analysis of OEM parts desired.
- Experience with project management and managing multiple projects at a time.
- Service Retail parts background a plus.
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, work under pressure of deadlines, handle multiple priorities and pay close attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Ability to perform in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to details and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and direction.
WHAT HYUNDAI CAN OFFER YOU
- Compensation Range: $86,800 - $124,000 annual base salary
- Monthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance)
- Holiday Pay - the company shuts down with pay between Christmas and New Years.
