WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • The Manager, Integrated Brand Comms is responsible for driving the day-to-day execution of national advertising campaigns across Hyundai’s portfolio. Working under the direction of the Sr. Manager, this role ensures established brand strategy and integrated campaign direction are effectively carried through execution across internal teams, agency partners and key marketing channels.
  • The Manager is responsible for managing campaign workflows, timelines, deliverables and cross-functional coordination to ensure work is delivered on time, on strategy and with consistency across the consumer ecosystem.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Execute against established national brand and campaign strategy, ensuring alignment with approved positioning, messaging, creative direction and business priorities.
  • Drive day-to-day execution of integrated campaigns across the consumer ecosystem, working closely with the Sr. Manager and key vertical leads.
  • Manage campaign workflows, timelines, deliverables and dependencies across internal teams and agency partners.
  • Coordinate with channel and functional leads to ensure campaign assets and tactics are developed and delivered in accordance with the integrated campaign plan.
  • Manage day-to-day creative development and production workflows, escalating strategic, creative or executional issues to the Sr. Manager as appropriate.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across campaign deliverables and identify gaps, conflicts or risks that could impact successful execution.
  • Manage day-to-day agency workflow, including deliverables, timing, feedback consolidation and follow-through.
  • Track campaign and production budgets against approved plans and flag potential variances or resource needs.
  • Monitor campaign performance and competitive activity and surface relevant learnings to inform ongoing optimization and future planning. 
  • Own day-to-day campaign execution and delivery within assigned portfolio.
  • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables and agency workflow.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution against the approved integrated campaign plan.
  • Track assigned campaign and production budgets against approved plans.
  • Identify and escalate strategic, creative, budget or timing issues requiring Sr. Manager or Sr. Group Manager direction.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Must be a high school graduate.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Master’s degree a plus.
  • Eight or more years of marketing/advertising experience.
  • Automotive experience preferred.
  • Agency and/or client-side experience required.
  • Supervisory experience preferred. 
  • Ability to lead large-scale integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong strategic thinking and creative leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
