WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provide ongoing analysis of industry sales and share performance via frequent reports and ad hoc analytics. This role will be responsible for identifying and analyzing trends, and the impact of those trends on Hyundai’s performance. 

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Lead the development, rationale, and distribution of the Daily Pace Report.
  • Provide accurate daily Hyundai and industry sales forecasts.
  • Prepare and maintain regular industry reports to the organization.
  • Manage Hyundai’s intra-monthly sales performance analytics.
  • Prepare PowerPoint slides and related insights to support executive presentations for monthly governance meetings.
  • Support the process of delivering targeted analytics to identity and make recommendations for potential short- and long-term organizational headwinds and/or opportunities.
  • Develop new approaches for analyzing sales results by region and market.
  • Contribute to the development of department processes and systems.
  • Develop and maintain industry sales tracking, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Support Regional team members on reports and platforms.
  • Deliver results with limited direction on day-to-day work and general direction on new or complex assignments.
  • Able to independently identify and solve problems of moderate complexity using independent judgement.
  • Responsible for setting objectives and achieving results that have a direct impact on group performance. 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Must be a high school graduate.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Master’s degree a plus.
  • Six or more years of related work experience and/or advanced training.
  • Work experience with an automotive OEM in the Sales area preferred.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Coordinate and build relationships with a variety of partners/stakeholders.
  • Identify and solve complex problems, while making decisions under conditions of uncertainty.
  • Recommend process improvements and contribute to establishing new standards.
  • Experience managing projects or processes.
  • Proficient with analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Python and SQL).
  • Experience leveraging data from various systems for analysis and reporting (e.g., SAP, CAARs, PIN Explorer, and MarketView).

WHAT HYUNDAI CAN OFFER YOU

  • Compensation Range: $91,000-$130,000 annual base salary
  • Monthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance)
  • Holiday Pay - the company shuts down with pay between Christmas and New Years.
