WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provide the organization with best-in-class learning and development offerings by designing, executing, and facilitating content and programs that support leadership development for both individual contributors and managers.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Lead the delivery of complex nomination-based programs; Serve as project manager to plan, communicate, and facilitate all logistics of the programs, guiding participants through assessments, learning experiences, and graduation events.
  • Support the development of career paths, individual development planning, and related resources and tools for both corporate and field populations.
  • Develop content and facilitate in-person and virtual sessions that support annual performance management process (e.g., goal setting, talent review, performance evaluations).
  • Partner with Global HQ and local stakeholders to launch and track all required training content, including compliance, safety and other key initiatives.
  • Own the learning management system (LMS), partnering with global stakeholders on system updates and providing HR team with effective reporting and tracking.
  • Collaborate with Talent Team to continuously refine new hire orientation and employee onboarding programs.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand learning and leadership development gaps and opportunities; identify appropriate solutions.
  • Establish and apply a data-driven approach to measuring the effectiveness of talent development offerings and continuously iterate to improve outcomes.
  • Manages a Talent Development Associate supporting learning & development initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Must be a high school graduate.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Master’s degree a plus.
  • Five to seven years of experience in human resources, with a focus in training related roles.
  • Prior experience facilitating live sessions for employees and managers.
  • Prior experience using Learning Management Systems to manage content and track and report metrics.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills to design PowerPoint presentations, edit and proofread training materials and related communications.
  • Engaging facilitation skills, for both in-person and virtual delivery; Ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong project management skills; Adaptable, agile, and able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Thorough understanding of learning and development tools; ability to leverage data and technology to make improvements. 
  • Advanced skill level in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe.
  • Experience with LMS required; SuccessFactors experience preferred.
  • Preferred Certifications: DiSC, MBTI, Clifton Strengths

WHAT HYUNDAI CAN OFFER YOU

  • Compensation Range: $91,000 - $130,000 annual base salary
  • Monthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance)
  • Holiday Pay - the company shuts down with pay between Christmas and New Years.
