WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Sr. Associate, Certified Used Vehicles is responsible for five (5) primary functions within Retail Operations: Reporting, CUV Dealer Support, CUV Inventory Support, CUV / HPP Daily Operations, Systems / Infrastructure Maintenance & Enhancements.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Compile and produce daily and monthly CUV sales performance reports.
- Provide ongoing reporting of program performance, identification of development opportunities, and recommendations for improvement.
- Act as a liaison with other HMA departments regarding the operation of CUV & HPP systems infrastructure. Identify functional issues and opportunities for enhancement.
- Maintain record of sales objectives by Region and District used to track incentive payments to HMA field personnel.
- Provide ad hoc reporting and CUV sales administration support for management, regions, and other internal HMA departments as needed.
- Support includes daily telephone and e-mail contact with HMA Regions, consumers, dealers and other HMA departments.
- Serve as point-of-contact between Retail Operations and HAEA for project management of systems enhancements.
- Answer the Hyundai CUV Help Line and assist Dealers and Regional staff with issues related to the program.
Assist with the administration of dealer inventory for CUV vehicles. - Interact with HomeNet and other vendors when necessary to rectify any inventory issues.
- Monitor and analyze Vehicle History Report (VHR) issues by working with Carfax to correct data reflected on the VHR and make branding updates.
- Prepare routine regulatory reporting in response to requests by government agencies.
- Provide support and report generation for incentive programs to properly track dealer progress and payouts.
- Manage vendors (define scope and ensure delivery of goods/services, monitor and drive performance, work to raise level of program effectiveness).
- Recommend and evaluate proposals to improve performance of CUV programs.
- This is a support position, focused on delivering day to day tasks and analyses with a degree of autonomy while receiving general instructions and supervision.
- Exercise of discretion and independent judgment directly related to significant management and/or general business operations is not required.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
- Must be a high school graduate.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Four or more years of relevant work experience in the automotive industry.
- Experience working in or interfacing with an OEM automotive field organization or retail auto sales preferred.
- Background in warranty, parts & service, vehicle service contracts, and other F&I products is desired.
- High degree of computer software proficiency including: Excel, SAP, MS Access, Visual Basic, AS400 and Siebel.
- Prior experience with MS Word and Powerpoint at an intermediate level.

- Compensation Range: $58,800.00 - $84,000.00 annual base salary
