WORK MODEL
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Responsible for leading Program Operations & Maintenance Parts Sales team in analyzing dealer performance and proposing programs and processes to enhance dealer’s performance and profitability through their Service/Parts Department.
- Coordinates with other HMA internal departments to support dealer performance.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Program Management Support:
- Coordinate closely with other groups within Program Operations & Maintenance Parts Sales to support any program or process development or management.
- Manage small customer satisfaction programs that improve the customer experience and dealer performance, such as the Uniform Program.
- Help oversee supplier selection and relationship management, including RFP and Scope of Service development. Review and approve deliverables. Ensure Hyundai needs and expectations are met.
Assist with maintaining supplier agreements, change orders, purchase requests, purchase orders, and invoices. Facilitate processing and approvals with internal departments.
Communicate program launch, progress, and results via email, website, reports, and presentations.
Maintain budget, including annual development, monthly accruals, ongoing monitoring and reconciliation. Includes overall department budget and individual budgets for above programs.
Help document and maintain department processes for above programs (e.g., dataflow to/from suppliers, report procedures, program approvals). Identify issues and improvement opportunities.
Operations & Reporting Support:
- Support with determining annual Service Operations Billing tiers for all dealers by coordinating with internal stakeholders to understand their financial requirements.
- Communicate program details in an annual letter to all dealers.
- Manage monthly S.O. Billing by working with HMA Finance to bill all dealers at the correct tier.
- Help compile, update and distribute regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for HMA corporate and regional management, including department launch committee slides.
- Assist Internal Audit personnel in regular dealer audits.
- Completes other assignments and/or special projects deemed necessary and as assigned by management to accomplish HMA/HMC corporate goals and objectives.
Budget & Purchasing Support:
- Maintain program budget and manage supplier billings and agreements.
- Maintain and update monthly budget tracking spreadsheets, identify variances and follow up with vendors or stakeholders to document the situation.
- Process invoices and prepare POs/Change Notices for vendors supporting Service Programs.
- Manage annual budget process for Program Operations group.
- Support role in the yearly budget related to the Program Operations & Maintenance Parts Sales budget.
- Review and recommend special dealer projects.
- This position has common Sr. Associate-level authority defined by HR/Finance company policy.
- This is a support position, focused on delivering day-to-day tasks and analyses with a degree of autonomy while receiving general instructions and supervision.
- Exercise of discretion and independent judgment directly related to significant management and/or general business operations is not required.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
- Must be a High School graduate.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Four or more of experience, of which at least two years of directly related experience in pricing is desired.
- Automotive understanding of vehicle parts, parts pricing, parts sales, parts operational experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to allow effective interaction with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently, work under pressure of deadlines, handle multiple priorities and pay close attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.

Compensation Range: $58,800.00 - $84,000.00 annual base salary
