WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Direct report to Manager, Digital Platform Operations, in supporting the Hyundai consumer-facing website (Hyundaiusa.com) initiatives and working cross functionally with business partners to achieve brand vision & objectives. 

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Managed day-to-day operations and maintenance of HyundaiUSA.com and campaign microsites, including website updates, reporting, bug identification, QA testing, and enhancement recommendations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Supported website content development, CG asset production, and cross-functional project execution from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with business requirements and stakeholder expectations.
  • Served as the primary point of contact for project coordination, communicating priorities, feedback, approvals, timelines, and success metrics across internal teams and external vendors.
  • Conducted UAT and QA testing for Hyundai.com, HeyHyundai, managed chat, and other digital platforms to ensure high-quality production deployments and optimal user experience.
  • Managed analytics and performance reporting for HeyHyundai, managed chat, BlueLink, and Hyundai Drive programs, providing insights to support business objectives.
  • Coordinated website requests and updates for multiple HMA business units, marketing teams, and HCUV stakeholders, ensuring content accuracy and timely implementation.
  • Oversaw ticket creation, review, deployment, and issue tracking with IUS, Perficient, HAEA, and other partners to support ongoing website operations.
  • Supported dealer engagement initiatives by collaborating with T3 and Hyundai Drive teams to increase awareness and participation in test-drive programs.
  • Administered privacy portal requests and processed vendor invoices, purchase requisitions, and change requests through SAP.
  • Reviewed and approved model year update (MYU) creative assets, website content, and copy decks while proactively identifying solutions and supporting additional business initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.
  • At least four years of experience.
  • At least two years of direct experience in planning or business operations in automotive or other consumer facing industry with a detailed understanding of the marketing function and website.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and consumer-facing website.
  • Ability to efficiently manage and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and set priorities.
  • Go-getter and proactive attitude.
  • Relationship building internally and externally.
  • Ability to assess operational and strategic strengths and make recommendations to leverage or augment strengths and weaknesses.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Compensation Range: $63,800.00 - $88,000.00 annual base salary
