WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Associate, Retail Incentives Planning & Strategy to support data-driven decision-making across sales and incentives performance. This role plays a key part in evaluating incentive effectiveness, monitoring competitive programs, and delivering insights that inform strategic planning.

 

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large datasets, building reports and dashboards, and translating complex data into actionable business recommendations.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Aggregate, analyze, and interpret sales, incentives, and industry data from multiple internal and external sources.
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to support business decision-making.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance incentive performance and competitiveness.

 

Forecasting & Budget Management

  • Manage monthly forecasts using utilization rates and cost data.
  • Support budget tracking, accruals, and financial planning activities.
  • Monitor and reconcile incentive spending against budget targets.

 

Competitive & Market Analysis

  • Track and evaluate competitor incentive programs at national and regional levels.
  • Analyze third-party data sources (e.g., JD Power PIN) to benchmark performance.
  • Deliver insights to support incentive strategy optimization.

 

Reporting & Visualization

  • Develop and deliver KPI reporting and dashboards using tools such as Excel and Tableau.
  • Prepare executive-ready presentations highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Translate data findings into clear, actionable business narratives.

 

Program Planning

  • Support development and costing of ad hoc incentive programs.
  • Measure and evaluate effectiveness of existing programs.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Four or more years of experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Must be a high school graduate.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., modeling, data analysis).
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly through presentations and reports.
  • Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
  • Familar with tools such as Python, Alteryx, PIN Navigator, PIN Explorer, and Market Scan is a plus.

  • Compensation Range: $63,800.00 - $88,000.00 annual base salary
