WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Senior Group Manager, Regional Marketing leads high‑visibility initiatives with direct exposure to the CEO and senior leadership. This role oversees the strategy, supervision, and execution of HMA’s Dealer Marketing programs—including the National Dealer Co‑op and HDAA—while driving end‑to‑end program development, vendor oversight, budget planning, performance reporting, and alignment with HMA’s Media Strategy and Brand Creative teams.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Execution of the Hyundai Dealer Advertising Association (HDAA) program:
- ADI level performance evaluation and budget allocation.
- Organization and maintenance of Dealer advertising committees.
- Oversight of the HDAA Advertising Compliance Program.
- Annual and monthly budget planning and spending review.
- Evaluation and improvement of program processes.
- Support Media Strategy team in the orchestration of investment across tiers.
- Support HMA Brand team with the production and review of creative assets.
- Dealer Advertising Co-op Program:
- Management of Hyundai Dealer Marketing Program (HDMP).
- Analysis of HDMP performance.
- Develop/ongoing update of Co-op Guidelines and MAAP requirements.
- Dealer Marketing to Field communications.
- Annual and monthly budget planning and spending review.
- Manage HMA Online Ad Planner tool/CMS.
- Continuous review and improvement of all program related processes.
- Analysis of key program measurements and development of improvement plans.
- Support field activities and coordinate meetings, as needed.
- Processing approvals (fund allocation/payment requests).
- This position requires ability to problem solve, make decisions and operate with an entrepreneurial spirit within the framework of a team concept.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
- Must be a high school graduate.
- 10+ years of experience directly related to automotive retail sales or marketing is required.
- Automotive industry experience is required
- Vendor/agency relationship management experience is required.
- Strong executive presence with regular engagmeent with CEO and senior leaders.
- Field Sales Ops experience, and Local/Regional experience a plus.
- Prior experience in National or Regional media planning and buying is a plus.
- Three or more years of supervisory experience is a plus.

- Compensation Range: $137,025.00 - $203,000.00 annual base salary
