WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Analyze dealer performance metrics, conduct tests and develop comprehensive programs to maximize the effectiveness of incentive dollars to improve dealer engagement in an effort to support sales objective achievement.
  • Utilize market information, more detailed and sophisticated analysis, and more rigorous scenario testing and simulation to develop more effective incentive programs. 

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Use advanced knowledge to analyze the effectiveness of dealership and sales staff engagement programs, including sales impact and price elasticity.
  • Test multiple scenarios for each region and dealer as part of the monthly incentive planning cycle.
  • Develop new models to forecast program effectiveness and estimate program costs.
  • Exercise independent judgement to develop recommendations on future incentive programs.
  • Work with Sales, Finance, Marketing and other departments, to develop incentive programs and strategies to help achieve sales objectives.
  • Monitor and report the effectiveness and costs of each incentive program.
  • Manage vendors (define scope and ensure delivery of goods/services, monitor and drive performance, work to raise level of program effectiveness).
  • Any other job duties as assigned by the division management.
  • Approve payments and check requests in accordance with HR guidelines and Company’s signature matrix. 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Must be a high school graduate.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Master’s degree a plus.
  • Eight or more years of work experience of which at least five years of directly related experience in automotive/automotive related with focus on quantitative and competitive analyses.
  • Two or more years of supervisory experience desired.
  • Experienced in managing large financial budgets.
  • Excellent operations management skills, with working knowledge of C&I activities a plus.
  • Experienced in managing teams to work well under pressure and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to structure presentations for senior management.
  • Good analytical skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
